Leadership, to me, is about being a role model and creating an environment where people can grow and believe in their potential. I have learned how much our behavior, choices, and enthusasm can inspire others- but it can also discourage them if they feel unseen, undervalued, or unsupported. 

I realize that my own journey may have encouraged others to consider paths they had not previously imagined for themselves. This has shown me the positive impact of a leader can have - not only through achievements, but by recognizing strengths, creating opportunities and most importantly leading by example.

Four core qualities and skills are the true driving forces behind my development — skills that have shaped the different roles I've taken on and the perspectives from which others have come to see me as a role model in leadership. 

In what follows, I'd like to briefly introduce both these core skills and the roles they've shaped.
